Shipping info

I pay great attention to the feeling of enchantment you will get when you open your package from the Fairy Gardens Shop. It is my wish that it will feel, quite literally, like you have opened a gift from the Woodland Fairy herself. Each package even smells like the woods as it is topped with organic crinkle paper, real natural moss and a pretty feather monarch butterfly. If it is a gift sent to a special friend, now that they will be enchanted when they open their magical package.

I will do my best to ship your order within a few days. Occasionally, items take up to a week to ship. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me so that I can make your order a priority.

I ship USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post. I will ship Priority on request.

International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. On some orders (when you have purchased more than two items), the site will undercharge you for international shipping. In this case, I will contact you to let you know your additional shipping charges.

I combine shipping. Your combined shipping rate will be automatically worked out at Checkout. If, when I come to packaging your order, I find that I have undercharged you for shipping, I will contact you to let you know your additional shipping charges.

If you want your order gift wrapped with a little note attached, please contact me and I’ll do that for you with pleasure.

I can not be held responsible for any shipping delays or loss once a package has been shipped. It would be great if I could control the Postal Service, but of course, I can’t. I put my heart and soul into everything I sell. Once I have shipped a package and have proof of shipping, I feel I have completed my end of the bargain and will no longer be held responsible for your package. I have every confidence in the USPS but, very occasionally, packages have been known to get delayed or lost so please be sure that you are happy with this policy before you make your purchase. If this policy makes you nervous, I suggest you purchase postal insurance on your package. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this option.

Please confirm that your address is correct before purchasing. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned and resent packages that are as a result of an incorrect Checkout address.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery. Please make sure that you are up to date with your own countries customs fees as I will not reimburse you for duty incurred. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

I use recycled shipping supplies whenever possible. Sometimes, a box may have markings from it’s previous life… please regard these imperfections as a gift to our environment.
