Ordering Help

STEP ONE: When you find an item in our catalog you would like to order, click the BUY NOW or ADD TO CART button next to the item. The item will be added to the shopping cart. A fairygardens.com PayPal shopping cart pop-up window will open.

STEP TWO: If you would like to keep shopping, click the CONTINUE SHOPPING button.

If you would like to change the quantity of the item or remove, make the adjustments and click the UPDATE CART button.

If you are ready to check out, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT BUTTON.

Even if you decide to leave fairygardens.com and return on a later date, your item will be saved in the shopping cart. You can view your cart at any time by clicking the VIEW CART button that appears in the upper right hand corner of every page.

STEP THREE: If you have a PayPal account, log in on the following page. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay with a credit card, click the DON'T HAVE A PAY PAL ACCOUNT? link below the log in.

On the following page, you will be asked for your shipping and/or billing information. When you have entered all of your information, click the CONTINUE BUTTON.

STEP FOUR: Review your order and submit. Your order will be e-mailed to fairygardens.com and will be processed shortly.

OUR RETURN POLICY!

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS: We will gladly replace any damaged item at no charge. Please contact us at fairygardens@fairygardens.com within 3 calendar days with a description of the item and the problem and we will instruct you how to proceed. You will have 15 business days to return the item after arrangements have been made.

RETURNS: FairyGardens will only accept preferential returns under the following conditions:

• The return must be made within 15 calendar days of receipt of the item.
• The item can not be used or worn and must be accompanied by original packaging.
• The original postage that was built into the cost of mailing your item(s) will be deducted from your credit. Credit will be issued in the same manner as original payment.

To return an item, follow these instructions:

• Before returning the item, contact FairyGardens at fairygardens@fairygardens.com with your name, the item being returned, and your intended return date. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted!
• Mail the return via USPS to FairyGardens - 5920-200th St. SW #42, Lynnwood, WA 98036.
• We will contact you when the item has been received.
