LAVENDER SUGAR

INGREDIENTS
1 CUP sugar
2 TBSP dried lavender flower

DIRECTIONS
Chop sugar and lavender until flowers are finely chopped. Store in jar or any airtight containers.

ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS
Store sugar and lemon verbena or lemon mint (dried) leaves together. Use flavored sugar in (or on) desserts, muffins, pound cake and cookies or tea.
