INGREDIENTS
5 CUPS sharp cheddar cheese
1 CUP mozzarella cheese
3 STICKS of salted butter
3 CUPS self-rising flour
1 TSP thyme
1 TSP parsley
1 TSP dill
1/4 TSPcayenne pepper
nonstick cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and let the butter soften to room temperature
Lightly spray the cookie sheet with the nonstick cooking spray.
Grate the cheese.
Mix together the grated cheese, butter, thyme, parsley, dill and cayenne pepper.
Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Blend until smooth.
Use a slightly rounded teaspoon to portion out the fairy puffs onto the greased cookie sheet.
Bake from 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Don't overbake.
