VIOLET FAIRY FEATHERS

INGREDIENTS
Violet Blossoms
Peanut Oil - enough to coat bottom of frying pan
Sugar

DIRECTIONS
Heat peanut oil in frying pan until hot but not smoking.

Drop in the violet blossoms and quickly remove with a spatula or tongs. Place the crispy blossoms on a paper towel to soak up excess oil and sprinkle liberally with sugar.

ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS
Enjoy on their own or as a tantalizing garnish on cookies, fruit salads, or cakes!
