FAIRY GINGERBREAD

yields approximately 16 pieces

INGREDIENTS
1 CUP Sugar
1/2 CUP Butter
2 Eggs
1 1 CUP Milk
1 CUP Molasses
2 1/2 CUP Flour
1/2 TSP Soda
1 TBSP Ginger

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a shallow pan.

Cream sugar and butter.

Add eggs, milk and molasses, mixing thoroughly.

Sift flour, soda and ginger.

Sift again into creamed mixture and beat well.

Pour into pan.

Bake 45 mins. While still warm, slice into squares or triangles.
